Prominence was engaged by a large, regionally significant infrastructure organisation to design and deliver a comprehensive workforce and people strategy to support long-term growth, operational effectiveness and organisational maturity.
The engagement aimed to strengthen workforce planning capability, enhance organisational design and uplift HR processes to align with evolving strategic and legislative requirements.
Prominence applied a structured, data-driven and collaborative approach to deliver an integrated suite of workforce and HR solutions. This included a detailed workforce assessment covering organisational structure, capability, workforce demographics and skills analysis, supported by environmental scanning and benchmarking to identify future workforce risks and requirements.
Building on this analysis, Prominence developed a multi-year workforce and people strategy aligned to organisational objectives. A scalable workforce planning framework was designed, supported by tools, templates and governance structures to enable ongoing implementation. The engagement also included the development of leadership capability frameworks, succession planning approaches and performance and accountability frameworks to support a high-performance culture. In parallel, HR policies, procedures and standards were reviewed and uplifted to improve clarity, usability and compliance.
The project delivered a comprehensive workforce strategy and roadmap, alongside a suite of supporting frameworks, tools and implementation guidance. These outputs provided a clear and integrated pathway to strengthen workforce capability, improve organisational effectiveness and embed consistent, fit-for-purpose HR practices. The engagement demonstrated Prominence’s capability in delivering end-to-end workforce transformation through the integration of strategic planning, organisational design, HR process uplift and strong stakeholder engagement.
