Leanne Ryan

CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

Leanne, the co-founder and Managing Director of Prominence, boasts a remarkable 35-year track record of business success. Her achievements are founded in the strong and enduring connections she has built with her clients. Before establishing Prominence, Leanne held senior positions in the fields of banking, law and information technology. Her tenure in the Middle East, where she worked in the oil and gas industry, has ensured an unparalleled wealth of expertise in this sector.

Leanne has a proven track record in business, having successfully grown Prominence from a niche part-time consultancy in the 1990s into the full-service, national business consultancy it is today. She leads a strong and diverse team of management consultants, ensuring integrity is at the heart of every project. Leanne’s consulting work spans the corporate, professional services and local, state and federal governments working closely with senior executives and board members.

Leanne prides herself on leading and managing a business with a clear focus on excellence in service delivery that meets the needs of clients and improves their strategic, operational and business performance. Her commitment to transparency and accountability is the key that sets Prominence apart.

Amongst her memberships, Leanne is a Commissioner for Declarations and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Australian Defence Industry Network. Leanne is also an accredited GatewayTM assurance Review Team Member.

Craig Haugin

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Craig is Prominence’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Prominence in 2016, Craig had over 20 years’ experience in leading large commercial organisations and delivering complex programs and projects including international technology transfer programs. Since joining Prominence, Craig has successfully led over 150 complex consulting projects for Prominence across our industries. Craig is well-known for being a values-led leader with a genuine passion for client excellence.

Craig has board level experience and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours). He is a qualified Mediator and has attended multiple prestigious business schools in the UK and Switzerland. Craig is also an active member of the Infrastructure Association of Queensland (IAQ) and the Australian Industry Defence Network (AIDN).

Therese Camm

RELATIONSHIP ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR – HEALTH AND COMMUNITY

Therese is a senior strategic adviser and program leader with over 30 years’ experience spanning both professional services and industry in Australia and North America. Therese has owned and operated multiple small businesses in addition to her professional roles. She has led numerous teams in areas of strategic advisory, business transformation, clinical services redesign and program, project and change management in the health sector and across technology projects.

Therese holds a Master of Business Administration (Deans Honour Roll) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mathematics and Computer Science). She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Directors and an accredited GatewayTM Review Team Leader and Member.

Tam Mooney

RELATIONSHIP ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR – DEFENCE AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Tam leads the defence, industry and infrastructure consulting practices for Prominence. He has over 40 years of defence and defence industry experience. Tam is a highly experienced and respected leader having operated and consulted in complex theatres of operations and for large multinational technology companies. Tam also harnesses his previous experience as an Information Systems Engineer to assist Prominence in implementing best practice cyber security policies, procedures and practices both internally and for our clients.

Tam holds a Bachelor of Organisational Leadership and PRINCE2 (Foundation) accreditation. He also holds a Certificate IV in both Contracting and Procurement and Training and Assessment.

 

Amanda Mather

RELATIONSHIP ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR

Amanda is a highly regarded C-suite leader with deep experience across marketing, strategy and operations gained through leadership roles across a broad range of sectors across Australia. She has over 25 years’ experience in corporate and clinical leadership and governance, with a diverse career in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Amanda holds a Master and Bachelor of Business (Marketing), a Graduate Certificate in Management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and AsiaLink Business Leaders Program.

Jackie Steele

ENGAGEMENT DELIVERY DIRECTOR

Jackie has considerable experience in strategic and operational planning, service reform and development, project management, service evaluation and service improvement initiatives. Prior to moving into consulting, Jackie had a successful 26-year career in public health, in a variety of senior management roles and as a public health practitioner. Since joining Prominence in 2013, Jackie has utilised her strong strategic, conceptual, research, analytical, leadership and management skills in undertaking and supervising consultancy projects.

Jackie holds a Master of Public Health, a Graduate Certificate in Health Management, a Graduate Diploma in Health Promotion and Bachelor of Applied Science.

Suzanne Wood

ENGAGEMENT DELIVERY DIRECTOR

With over 18 years’ experience in frontline healthcare and leadership roles, Suzanne brings authenticity and pragmatic insights to design better solutions and identify efficiencies for optimal organisational performance. Suzanne has experience across health, education and infrastructure and manages the delivery of highly successful engagements. Her ability to critically synthesise complex issues and communicate compelling solutions in a variety of simple, concise formats has ensured her success as a trusted advisor to many iconic Queensland organisations.

Suzanne holds a Master of Business Administration (with Distinction), a Bachelor of Nursing (with Distinction) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Lauren Ryan

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lauren manages all strategic, operational and complex resource requirements for Prominence. She also assists with the maintenance and continuous improvement of Prominence’s quality management system to ISO 9001-2015 standards, which includes performing internal audits.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Fine Art.

Eimear Sorby

FINANCE MANAGER

As Prominence’s Finance Manager, Eimear assists in supporting efficient and effective administration management through the provision of professional and efficient service to stakeholders. Flexible and proactive, Eimear supports the ongoing growth and development of Prominence.

Eimear holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business and Management Studies.

Kara O'Toole

TENDER COORDINATOR AND WRITER

As Tender Coordinator and Writer, Kara drives the development and continuous improvement of Prominence’s bid management process. Kara ensures close coordination and collaboration with the wider Prominence leadership team and consultants throughout proposal development. Prior to joining Prominence, Kara’s career included roles within Defence Industry Security Management, Defence Project support, Defence PMCA Panel Administration and participation in winning of work and writing proposals.

Kara is an accredited Defence Security Officer and member of the Australian Women in Security Network (AWSN).
